Typically they hold several degrees and many are registered with professional bodies as engineers, psychologists and accountants.

Most offer experience in a field of expertise prior to joining MAC, many of whom completed
MBA degrees in order to move over to the exciting and challenging world of management consulting. Others are new graduates looking for experience and growth in a company that has become a recognised brand in management consulting.
