Career path
           


The MAC career path currently has seven levels, from Assistant Consultant through to Director.  Our consulting organisation is not position driven and, as such, each level simply differentiates the increasing complexity with which our people are faced as they grow in stature. 

The levels further denote an increasing scale of impact, with the focus at Assistant Consultant and Consultant levels being effectiveness as an individual. 

At Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant and Senior Manager levels the focus becomes the design and delivery of solutions through a team. 

Finally, at Associate Director and Director levels, the focus is on sustaining a revenue stream and thereby becoming a business partner.
